What the app collects

Nothing. Heistcut has no user accounts, no registration, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party software development kits. It does not read your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or health data. There is no advertising identifier and no crash reporter.

What is stored on your device

The app remembers your own progress so that it is still there next time: your plans, what you have discovered in each heist, best loot, best times and marks, your daily-heist streak and your settings (music, sounds, vibration, reminder). This is kept in the app’s own storage on your iPhone and is not readable by us. Deleting the app removes it.

Like all app data, it is part of your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer) if you make one; that backup is handled by Apple or your computer, not by us.

Reminders

If you switch on the daily reminder, iOS shows a local notification at 7 pm. It is scheduled on your device; no server is involved. You can switch it off in the app or in the iOS settings.

Network

The game needs no internet connection and plays entirely offline.

Purchases

Heistcut 1.0 has no purchases. If in-app purchases are offered in a future version, they are processed entirely by Apple. We receive no name, address, email address or payment details – only anonymous, aggregated sales figures.

Children

Heistcut collects no data from anyone, including children.

Your rights (GDPR)

Because no personal data reaches us through the app, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you write to us by email, we use your message only to answer it and delete it when it is no longer needed. You have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority.

Was die App erhebt

Nichts. Heistcut hat keine Nutzerkonten, keine Registrierung, keine Werbung, keine Analyse und keine Software-Bausteine Dritter. Die App liest weder Kontakte, Fotos, Standort, Kamera, Mikrofon noch Gesundheitsdaten. Es gibt keine Werbe-ID und keinen Absturzberichterstatter.

Was auf deinem Gerät gespeichert wird

Die App merkt sich deinen eigenen Fortschritt: deine Pläne, was du in jedem Job entdeckt hast, beste Beute, Bestzeiten und Marken, deine Serie beim Tages-Coup sowie deine Einstellungen (Musik, Töne, Vibration, Erinnerung). Das liegt im eigenen Speicher der App auf deinem iPhone und ist für uns nicht lesbar. Wenn du die App löschst, ist es weg.

Wie alle App-Daten ist er Teil deines iPhone-Backups (iCloud oder Computer), wenn du eines anlegst; dieses Backup verwaltet Apple bzw. dein Computer, nicht wir.

Erinnerungen

Schaltest du die tägliche Erinnerung ein, zeigt iOS um 19 Uhr eine lokale Mitteilung. Sie wird auf deinem Gerät geplant, ohne Server. Du kannst sie in der App oder in den iOS-Einstellungen ausschalten.

Netzwerk

Das Spiel braucht keine Internetverbindung und läuft vollständig offline.

Käufe

Heistcut 1.0 hat keine Käufe. Falls eine spätere Version In-App-Käufe anbietet, wickelt diese ausschließlich Apple ab. Wir erhalten weder Namen, Anschrift, E-Mail-Adresse noch Zahlungsdaten – nur anonyme, zusammengefasste Verkaufszahlen.

Kinder

Heistcut erhebt von niemandem Daten, auch nicht von Kindern.

Deine Rechte (DSGVO)

Da über die App keine personenbezogenen Daten zu uns gelangen, gibt es bei uns nichts einzusehen, zu berichtigen oder zu löschen. Schreibst du uns eine E-Mail, nutzen wir sie nur zur Antwort und löschen sie, wenn sie nicht mehr gebraucht wird. Du hast das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren.
