How do I play?

The board has one gap. Swipe a lit gem toward the gap and the whole row or column slides into it. Three in a row clear; four make a line clear, five a color blast. The top row shows the next gem that will drop in every column.

Some ice will not go away

Ice under the gap can only thaw once a gem sits there. Slide the gap away, then make a match on that cell.

I have a new iPhone

Open Settings (gear icon on the map) › “Move progress to another app or device” on the old iPhone, copy the code, send it to yourself, and paste it in the same place on the new iPhone.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
